Although Matt and I have been on diets since Sept for his birthday a few weeks back I made him a very evil Chocolate Molten Lava cake. Get this…it was from a recipe off a box of Ghirardelli Brownie Mix. That’s right! Complete with the most amazing rich melted center filling you can imagine, and served on my Barbie Loves Jonathan Adler plates (because Barbie actually does love Little Jonny Adler after all!!!) I’m guessing this was about 600 calories per bite but you know….worth every tooth currently decaying!
